I think you're right Allan. The lake is definitely being drawn down faster than any rain event could top it up past 87.7%. Today's measurement is 83.3%, which is 4.4% lower than the 87.7% maximum we reached earlier. Even the monumental 99,000ML inflow from September 5th 2010 would only gain us around 3%, and there's nothing like that likely in the current outlook.
