THE MAIN SITES:
FRASER CAMPING AREA
Fraser is Lake Eildon’s main camping area, and is perfect for the casual camper. Facilities here are modern, convenient, and extensive, so this could be the perfect place to go if you’re traveling with family. The site accommodates tents, caravans, and campervans; and it also has a boat launching area for those who’d like to have some fun in the water!
Jerusalem Creek offers a more traditional, off-the-beaten path camping experience. If you prefer serenity and experiencing nature at its finest then this is the place for you. The campgrounds here are only for tents; ideal for more seasoned outdoorsmen.
O’Toole Flat is popular among hunters during deer stalking season. There aren’t any facilities since it’s a hunting ground, so make sure you bring outdoor essentials such as survival gear and a satellite phone with you. There is no electricity on these sites, so you can look forward to fully connecting with nature once you arrive.
